Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Partners
We ship orders across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping offers may be available during promotional campaigns or on eligible order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected locations.
For eligible COD orders, a partial advance payment may be required during checkout, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order. aivakids is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us, and we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
Currently, aivakids ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
